We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express as payment on personal orders. Corporate customers are welcome to set up an account.
Order Processing Time
For same day delivery, orders must placed online or by phone before 11am MT. Orders placed after this time will go out for next day delivery unless another date is specified. Orders may be placed online, by phone or by email.
For holiday gift orders such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, please allow 1-2 additional days for processing due to high volumes. Same day deliveries may not be available during this time.
We are closed on Canadian Holidays, there are no deliveries made on these days (ie. Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, etc). We are also closed on weekends, if you require a weekend delivery contact us during regular business hours and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Please ensure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient’s full name, phone number, and apartment, condominium and/or suite number where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible to provide an alternate shipping address, and an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
Baskets & Beyond will send your basket anywhere within Canada only. Shipping rates will vary depending on destination and level of service chosen. Please inquire if your area is not listed on the basket you would like to order. Local delivery charges are $12 within the city limits and are subject to change. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box Address.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the delivery with a neighbour, or leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to call Baskets & Beyond to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
We do not leave the delivery on the doorstep unless requested to do so by the customer or recipient. Therefore, the customer assumes all liability for requests to leave a gift basket on a doorstep. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time; deliveries are usually made within a time frame of a few hours.

Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery date. A 15% re-stocking fee will be issued if orders are cancelled on a custom design order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
Baskets & Beyond will make every attempt to ensure that your basket is sent exactly as shown. Occasionally products may be substituted based on availability for an item of equal or greater value. We do ensure that the overall design, quality and value of the gift is not compromised.
